今、炊飯器でつくるチーズケーキが、アメリカで流行っているんですって!
簡単なのが人気だそうです。
Ingredients
Cream Cheese – 200g (I use entire box of cream cheese)
Whipping Cream – 200g (I use one small carton of whipping cream)
Sugar – 80g
Lemon Juice – a little bit
3 Eggs
Cake Flour – 40g
1、Mix all ingredients very well
2、Put the batter in rice cooker and push the cooking button
3、When rice cooker stops, wait for 10 min and push the cooking/reheat button
4、Repeat the above until the batter is thoroughly cooked
5、Remove the cooking bowl from the rice cooker and wait till it’s cooled down
6、When the cake is cooled down, flip over onto a plate and chill it in refrigerator
Depending on the rice cooker, you may need to reheat/recook many times or you may not need to reheat/recook at all.
